It seems like Mad Catz and Nvidia will be working together to bring Nvidia’s GameStream technology on to the Mojo console.
It is very exciting news for those who may be purchasing a Mojo console, but it seems like the feature will most likely won’t make it in time for the Mojo’s launch, however it is planned to arrive in an update shortly after launch.
During in an interview with Mad Catz PR Director Alec Verrey, said that:
“Both companies are working together to bring Nvidia’s GameStream technology to the Mojo console. This feature recently showed up in an OTA update for Nvidia’s portable gaming system Shield. GameStream allows players to stream PC games to their Shield device locally. The OTA update for the Shield is the first step towards integration with Nvidia’s GRID which is a full cloud-based game streaming platform similar to past services like OnLive.”
The Mad Catz Mojo console will be available for release before the upcoming holiday season, and with a price range of $249.00
